With over 30 years of experience under his belt, Emmett is a true connoisseur of curls and a wizard of healthy hair care. His love for the art of hair design, coupled with a deep dive into the science behind it, makes him a self-proclaimed hair nerd—but in the absolute coolest way possible. Emmett’s journey through the world of hair includes influential stints with top brands like Moroccanoil, Aveda, Davines, Keratin Complex, and Kevin.Murphy, where he inspired his peers as an educator, platform artist, session stylist, and even a Fashion Week stylist. Currently, he’s also a vital part of the Moroccanoil creative design team, teaching the latest trends across the US and Canada.

Emmett is the Founder of Vasuda Cosmetology Apprentice Program, a charitable program where people with the passion for hair design can acquire licensure with On the Job Training and Theory. When he’s not at Vasuda Salon crafting stunning styles, you can find Emmett sharing his vast knowledge about products, ingredients, and techniques, always eager to learn and impart his wisdom.
